Our Approach

Led by bio-behavioral neuroscientists, coaches, psychotherapists and researchers Katharine & Bill White MSN, APRN-CNSs, we combined decades of clinical practice, prescribing, field-testing, and our own proof of concept research, to originate the BBM-Performance Enhancement System (BBM-PE 3.0). 12 Patented Best Practices

At PRIME-BBM, we’ve custom-designed 12 best practices that we hybridized to form the DNA-optimized foundation that delivers the healthiest, happiest, sharpest, and most physically and psychosocially vibrant life for adults.

 

These adapted practices maximize the continuous top functioning of your brain, body, and mind at molecular, cellular, and organ-system levels.

These aren't your typical/usual best practice routines...they have been researched and refined over 15 years. For some, modified for what quantity, frequency, intensity, and duration is necessary and/or ideal on a daily/weekly basis for best positive DNA-expression outcomes. For others, what adjuncts are best to add or must be avoided (e.g., nutrition: what cooking oils promote health vs. are carcinogenic), and still for others, what concept-tactic modifications are best (when to eat last food during the evening to promote healthy fasting overnight, so insulin regulation is best, weight, neuro-cog and sleep management is optimized, etc. (e.g. high risk avoid vs. like a checkbook of revenue and expenses...all 55+ers want to maximize good-practices/revenue of +DNA and limit bad-habits/expenses of -DNA!

Meet Bill & Katharine

Bill and Katharine have spent their lives helping people live healthier, happier, more connected, and purposeful lives, and they’re ready to launch a legacy life-saving and improvement company that optimizes longevity/anti-aging and wellness. 

 

With over 80 years of combined experience in brain, body, and mind/behavioral health, they’ve seen first-hand how great science, individualized care, and the right coaching and client education can make a world of difference, especially as we age past 50-55. 

​

Bill led the nation's top academic acute behavioral health hospital as COO/CNO for 20 years, directed psychiatric emergency services for 2 cities, authored a best-seller book on brain treatment which introduced neuroepigenetic's healing impact at molecular and cellular levels and taught as faculty at medical and nursing schools. 

​

Katharine’s career spans executive hospital (CNO) and VNA home-care clinical and admin roles, where she originated innovative care, coaching and leadership strategies.

 

Both are past practicing nurse practitioners and clinical specialists in brain and behavioral health, giving them deep insight into what it takes to originate paradigms of lasting, meaningful brain, body, and mind improvement-change.
